St. Paul's Lutheran School is a parochial school with the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. All teaching positions are ministerial positions that are required to perform important religious functions. These functions include but are not limited to incorporating the Christian faith into all aspects of the Employee’s job duties. The employee may be called upon to lead and/or otherwise participate in Christian devotions, prayer, and/or Chapel services at various times throughout the school year. Candidates are not required to be Lutheran, but are expected to be a member and regular worshipper at a Christian church. Elementary Teacher

St. Paul's Lutheran School is seeking a passionate and dedicated elementary classroom teacher for the 2026-27 school year. Creativity and innovation are a plus, encouraging students to be engaged and involved in their learning experience. We are a parochial school with the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. Qualifications:

• Is a member in good standing of a Christian church.

• Has a BA or BS or above from an accredited institution.

• Has the ability to effectively communicate with students and differentiate instruction.

• Has a humble, teachable spirit and willingness to respect and abide by administrative authority.

• Has a heart and calling to educational ministry and love for serving the children placed under our care.

Job Type: Full-time (Exempt; 40 hours per week; 10 month position)

Pay: Starting at $36,000 - Based upon education and experience
