St. Paul's Lutheran School is a parochial school with the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. All teaching positions are ministerial positions that are required to perform important religious functions. These functions include but are not limited to incorporating the Christian faith into all aspects of the Employee’s job duties. The employee may be called upon to lead and/or otherwise participate in Christian devotions, prayer, and/or Chapel services at various times throughout the school year. Elementary Classroom Teachers (3rd & 4th grades)
We are seeking passionate and dedicated elementary classroom teachers (3rd & 4th grades). Creativity and innovation are a plus, encouraging students to be engaged and involved in their learning experience.
Job Summary:
A teacher at St. Paul’s Lutheran School will prayerfully help students gain the knowledge, skills, behaviors, and attitudes that will contribute to their development as mature and responsible Christian citizens. He/she exemplifies the qualities of a strong Christian character, both on and off the job. An Elementary Teacher is responsible for teaching fundamental subjects to children in grades K-5, including creating lesson plans, grading homework and tests and answering questions from students. He/she will provide instruction according to the approved curriculum and may serve as a lunch/recess attendant.
Qualifications:
Is a member in good standing of a Christian church.
Has a BA or BS or above from an accredited institution.
Has the ability to effectively communicate with students and differentiate instruction.
Has a humble, teachable spirit and willingness to respect and abide by administrative authority.
Has a heart and calling to educational ministry and love for serving the children placed under our care.

Middle School Language/Literature Teacher

Band Director / Music Teacher (part-time)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Band Director / Music Teacher (3rd through 8th grades) for the 2026-27 school year. The position involves the direction of a beginning and advanced band (which meet after school, each meeting one day per week), giving one on one private instrument lessons during the school day, and teaching some music/music appreciation classes to various grade levels. There are multiple concerts/performances during the school year.
Which specific days are scheduled may be able to be adapted based upon the candidate's availability, but the position is three days per week, 24 on-site hours per week total. The selected candidate will provide instruction according to the approved curriculum and may serve as a lunch/recess attendant.
